Our experience with staying at Hotel San Antonio Abad was wonderful.

I was quite pleased with the services received at San Antonio Abad. The staff was always helpful and food was good. I especially appreciated the pick-up service on arrival at the airport. The supplementary services provided (i.e. Giselle) were exemplary. One small negative comment was the last room my friends booked had housed smokers. Perhaps a check -box when registering could allow a request for a smoke-free environment.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel The location was good (especially having the internet and call centre next door). Your service was excellent, especially your pick-up driver. He even collected us from the bus terminal one time as well as from the airport at other times. Your rooms, breakfast, etc. were all very good value, and your desk clerks were helpful No complaints or problems.

It was one of the best three Star hotels I have stayed all over the world. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I stayed for six nights and for a prolonged stay generally, I used to get a day free. Probably you do not encourage in this way.

I am glad I was able to stay there thanks to Mr. Luis who helped me when I was on a search to get a good hotel and Mr Paul, the manager, who took care of me during my stay. I hope to visit Lima soon and to go to Lake Titicaca.

No tengo mas que comentarios positivos acerca del servicio ofrecido a
mis invitados. Todos tuvieron algo bueno que decir acerca de la
calidez, la cortesia y el respeto con que fueron atendidos.
En lo personal, cada vez que fui al hotel a visitar a mis invitados,
tanto mi esposo como yo fuimos recibidos con muchisima amabilidad.
No podia haber escogido mejor lugar para que mis invitados se quedaran.
Mil gracias por contribuir a que mi matrimonio fuera perfecto.

We thought your hotel was great. It was clean. The location great. The service was good. And the best thing was that our flight was suppose to arrive at 10:30 pm and instead arrived at 3:30 am. We were unable to contact the hotel but our driver was standing there waiting for us. It was late and we were tired and we were very happy the driver was there. Thanks

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much.

The people of the hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and have everything you need.

When I’m back in Peru (maybe at the end of the year), I’ll definitely consider another stay in the hotel.

Also thanks to the people who helped my fiancée prepare a special surprise for me in the hotel room before arriving in Peru.

Yo fue muy bien atendido por todos en mi estadia en el hotel San Antonio Abad. Todas las personas de la recepción, desayuno y chofer fueran muy atenciosas comigo y me gusto mucho la estadia.
